First known as "the happiest place on earth" to avoid legal actions from Disney chuck collison changed the name of the label to "the happiest tapes on earth" . H.T.O.E. is a experimental label founded by chuck collison. H.T.O.E. featured artists such as Heltir, Premature Ejaculation, Shrill Tower,Ever Lasting Happy Life,Omewenne and more. This music comes from the beautiful minds of artists such as Chuck Collison,Rozz Williams (R.I.P.),Karl Paloucek and more who deserve credit.........The music these artists composed was beautiful industrial factory mocking noise. These artists deserve more credit then they get if any at all. Please help out by listening to these artists.
